Elias graduated from the Faculty of Law of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece in 1989. Was admitted to the Piraeus Bar Association in 1991 and to the Supreme Court of Greece in 2002. Elias obtained a Master’s degree from the University of London, Queen Mary and Westfield College, Faculty of Law (LL.M., 1990).
Elias deals with the representation of victims of all kinds of accidents, with a specialization in aviation cases. For the last 30 years, Elias has taken part as a legal advisor in almost all major aviation accidents that have occurred in Greece, but also in a large number of accidents outside Greece. Due to his great specialization in the aviation field, both in legal and technical level, he has undertaken and successfully completed numerous cases of compensation of victims or families of victims who have trusted our office.
Elias’ devotion to the cases he undertakes in combination with his excellent knowledge of the aviation subjects guarantees the positive outcome of the victims’ fight against the responsible persons/entities.
