Kimon C. Moschos

Kimon graduated from the Law School of  National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 2020 and obtained a Master’s degree with Honours from the Law School of National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (LLM, 2021) specialising in Civil Law and New Technologies. He also obtained a Master’s degree with Honours (cum laude) from Tilburg University, Tilburg, The Netherlands (LLM, 2024) with specialization in European Law under the prism of New Technologies, Personal Data Law and Artificial Intelligence. He was admitted to the Piraeus Bar Association in 2023.

Kimon specializes, inter alia, in representing victims of industrial and traffic accidents and claiming damages on behalf of injured parties. He has also been actively involved  in the representation of victims who have suffered accidents during their holidays in hotel and tourist accommodation and leisure facilities.

In addition, he has extensive professional and academical knowledge of AI and the legal consequences arising from its use. In particular, he has specialised in the European legal framework regarding the legal use of AI and the compensation of victims who have suffered physical and/or psychological harm during its operation, both in accident cases and in professional environments.
