On August 17, 2026 passenger helicopter BELL 206B Jet Ranger III with Greek register SX-HLL operated by Greek company BELLAVIA crashed near the heliport shortly before landing at Sifnos island in the Aegean, killing all three occupants 2 passengers and the pilot.
